Strategic Partnerships Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Design
As part of the Strategic Partnerships initiative, I also led the product design of its tailor-made PPM software design. The project included defining key user flows and creating an intuitive UX for users to find key information and perform actions easily. The Microsoft PPM based platform was given a totally new interface to match Strategic Partnerships branding, and dashboards were created to visualise key data.
