I was the Lead Product Designer for the project to create various performance dashboards for the Strategic Partnerships government entity.
The goal of the project was to efficiently manage existing international partnerships in order to maximise trade deals and new opportunities for the partner countries. In order to achieve this, I designed dashboards at both centre and partner-country levels so that executives can easily visualise and parse the data in order to make key decisions.
