Enable effective collaboration and communication between Meta team members by bringing all important pieces together in a high signal surface and reduce the long list of unimportant stuff when teams need to be focussing on work.
I was the Lead Product Designer for the WP4M team to lead the designs for the Signal vs. Noise program.
Our approach was to create a dedicated Teams hub within Workplace, redesign the notifications in such a way that would provide quick nudges to enable the user to prioritise or deprioritise groups based on their activity and interaction with notifications using ML, and lastly provide Group insights to the user in the form of a dashboard.
